Thrilling Round 2 of Statewide Stampede – Victorian Roller Derby Tournament

Round 2 of the Statewide Stampede – Victorian Roller Derby Tournament took Bendigo by storm on Saturday. Hosted by Dragon City Roller Derby, the event kicked off with a thrilling Mod-Con game. The Black Bears emerged victorious against the Polar Bears in a tightly contested match that kept the crowd on the edge of their seats. Star skaters like Bareskin Bruiser and Silver Fox showcased their skills and resilience on the track.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the match between The Chiko Rollers and Team Regional Victoria. The Chiko Rollers secured a commanding win with a score of 394-70, demonstrating their prowess and teamwork. Despite the scoreline, Team Regional Victoria put up a fierce fight, making the game exciting and competitive.

MVPs of the day included Razorbec and In A Pickle for The Chiko Rollers, and Honey Bee and Achilles Wheel for Team Regional Victoria. The tournament was made possible thanks to the efforts of sponsors, referees, NSOs, and volunteers who ensured everything ran smoothly.
