The Bendigo Showgrounds came alive from August 1 to 4, 2024, with the Bendigo Kennel Club, Castlemaine & District Kennel Club, and Eaglehawk Kennel Club hosting a series of four thrilling championship dog shows. Dog enthusiasts from across Victoria gathered to witness these prestigious events, showcasing the finest dogs in various breeds and classes.
The event kicked off on Thursday, August 1, with the Bendigo Kennel Club’s show, followed by the Eaglehawk Kennel Club’s show on Friday, August 2. The weekend saw a bustling atmosphere with the Castlemaine & District Kennel Club’s two shows on Saturday and the final show on Sunday, August 4, hosted again by the Eaglehawk Kennel Club. Each show featured a variety of classes and judging categories, ensuring a comprehensive and competitive display of canine excellence.
