The Bendigo Coin and Collectables Fair was a resounding success, held on August 3rd at the Bendigo Showgrounds Exhibition Centre. Organized by the Bendigo Coin & Collectables Club, the fair saw an impressive turnout, with over 100 tables and exhibitors from Bendigo, Melbourne, and interstate showcasing an array of collectibles, from rare coins and stamps to military memorabilia.
The event buzzed with activity as collectors from all over gathered to find new or missing items for their collections. The fair provided a fantastic opportunity for both seasoned collectors and newcomers to explore a wide variety of collectibles. “It was wonderful to see such a diverse range of items and to meet fellow collectors,” said one enthusiastic attendee.
A special thanks goes out to the club’s treasurer, the events organizers, and everyone who contributed to making the day a success, including those who ran the sausage sizzle and coffee van. Their hard work ensured that the event ran smoothly and was enjoyable for all.

Looking ahead, the Bendigo Coin & Collectables Club will hold their next meeting on August 16th at 7:30 PM at Quarry Hill Community Hall. New members are always welcome to join and share in the passion for collecting.
