The 2024 BendiGLOW Youth Fest transformed the Bendigo Exhibition Centre into a neon wonderland on September 21. This annual event, organized by YO Bendigo, celebrates youth culture, providing a platform for young talent in Greater Bendigo. With a lineup featuring live music, vibrant art installations, and skate showcases, the festival delivered an action-packed day for attendees.

One of the highlights of the event was the Battle of the Bands, where finalists such as Funkle, Psychosybin, and The Unknown competed for top prizes, including a home studio setup from Bendigo Records. Local favorites like Junkyard Wizards and Select All took the stage, electrifying the crowd with their unique sounds.

“Everyone was buzzing with excitement – you could feel the energy in the air,” said Teddy Transcendent, the event organizer. “It was our biggest BendiGLOW yet!”

The event was free to attend, thanks to the support of local sponsors and the hard work of the YO Events team. In addition to live music, festival-goers enjoyed interactive art installations and delicious food from local vendors.

With its glowing lights and unbeatable vibes, BendiGLOW Youth Fest once again highlighted the creativity and spirit of young people in Bendigo. Don’t miss out on next year’s event – it promises to be even bigger and brighter!
